It is important to have excellent communication skills, a collaborative style of working, and the ability to work under pressure to solve critical problems. Familiarity with LAMP stack, Open Source CMS like Drupal, WordPress, Cake, Zend, and other server-side technologies is desirable. Moreover, you should possess expert-level proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Ajax, XML, and various CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.
