Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end compliance under GST, including filings, reconciliations, and audits. Handle customs compliance for imports/exports including SEZ, EOU, bonded warehousing. Ensure optimal tax structure for domestic and international transactions. Lead indirect tax assessments, litigation, and coordination with external consultants. Monitor legislative changes and assess their business impact. Ensure indirect tax accounting is compliant with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
