Assistant Manager - Marketplace Relationships Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for building strong relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for e-commerce and SaaS? We're a leading B2B omni-channel SaaS company seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and growing our marketplace partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with our key e-commerce marketplace partners. You'll be a vital link between our company and our partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving mutual success. Key Responsibilities Building and Maintaining Marketplace Relationships Establish and nurture strong relationships with key personnel at leading e-commerce marketplaces. Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication. Identify and onboard new marketplace partners that align with our strategic goals. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with partners to review performance, discuss new opportunities, and strengthen collaboration. Tracking and Performance Management Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each marketplace partnership, including revenue, user acquisition, and product adoption. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders. Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within our marketplace strategy. Track and report on the progress of joint marketing campaigns, product integrations, and other collaborative initiatives. Strategic Collaboration and Growth Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on marketplace goals and execution. Identify opportunities to expand our presence and drive revenue through new features, promotions, or partnership agreements. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to ensure our marketplace strategy remains competitive. Skills and Qualification: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on partnerships, account management, or business development. In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and major marketplaces. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with SaaS products and B2B relationships is a plus. Preferred candidates are those who have directly managed marketplace accounts or handled SaaS integrations. 3 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce & marketplace partnerships. Bachelors degree in engineering / computer science / business management MBA/PGDM preferred.
