Skills and Qualifications 6-16 years of experience in seed technology or related field. Strong understanding of plant genetics and breeding techniques. Familiarity with seed production processes and quality assurance standards. Proficient in data analysis software and statistical tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to conduct field trials and interpret agronomic data.
