Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Create and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) for all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Manage and grow social media communities; respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other departments to maintain consistent brand messaging. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing campaign results and making data-driven recommendations. Monitor trends, tools, and platform updates; implement best practices to stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape. Coordinate with influencers and external partners where applicable. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to visual storytelling and brand tone. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of paid advertising strategies and tools is a plus.
