Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Company: Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Stipend: Up to ₹18,000 per month Duration: 6 Months Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and contribute to building a strong and diverse workforce at Crompton.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers- Help manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them across platforms- Maintain internal databases and HR trackers with candidate information- Support the TA team in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks Requirements:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
