The ideal candidate should be extroverted, confident on calls, and good at building rapport with potential clients Their primary role will be to connect with leads from our database and book meetings for our BD team, Communication Skills Clarity, fluency, and confidence in both Hindi and English Role Overview Were looking for an extroverted and people friendly Telecaller who enjoys talking, is a natural at building trust, and can convince potential clients to schedule a meeting with our financial experts, This isnt cold calling Youll speak to people whove shown interest or are already in our network Your job is to initiate conversations, build rapport quickly, and book meetings for the advisory team, What You'll Do Make 150 connected calls per day from our lead database Build friendly conversations and understand the clients needs Clearly explain what Finnovate offers (training will be provided) Schedule meetings for our Relationship Managers / Financial Planners Maintain proper lead status and notes in CRM (Zoho) Send Follow-up Messages Via WhatsApp When Required Meet daily and monthly performance targets What Were Looking For Someone extroverted, confident, and energetic on calls Fluent in Hindi, English, and preferably one regional language Excellent rapport-building and communication skills Patience to handle rejections and follow-ups Prior experience in telesales or customer support is a bonus Comfortable working with basic CRMs and WhatsApp Web Must be target-driven and open to feedback KPIs (Targets) 15 meetings booked per day (on average) 150+ connected calls per day CRM status update accuracy 100% Requirements Rapport-Building : AbilityComfort level during call, small talk ability, warmth in tone Energy Level : Enthusiasm, extroverted personality, positive attitude Listening Skills : Ability to understand questions, respond thoughtfully Relevant Experience : Telesales / tele calling / client interaction experience CRM Tool : ComfortBasic familiarity with CRM or Google Sheets Follow-Up : Knows importance of follow-ups and reminders Availability & Flexibility : Ready to work as per required hours and targets Interest in Financial ServicesBasic interest/curiosity about the role/industry Overall Fit for Finnovate CultureCoachable, receptive to feedback, polite, driven
