Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Engineer Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: Hyderabad , Bangalore , Chennai , Pune Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics CRM Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 8.1 and 9.1 , including hands-on experience in on-premise migration projects . The ideal candidate will play a key role in system upgrades, CRM solution customization, and smooth version migration from 8.1 to 9.1 . Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in CRM version migration from Dynamics 8.1 to 9.1 , specifically in on-premise environments Analyze existing system architecture and design migration strategy , including data, workflows, and integrations Customize, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform components Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs Troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues, performance tuning, and upgrade anomalies Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to CRM implementation and migration Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance during and after migration Required Skills: Minimum 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and administration Mandatory experience in Dynamics CRM version 8.1 At least 12 successful migration projects from CRM 8.1 to 9.1 (on-premise to on-premise) Expertise in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web Services (REST, SOAP) Familiarity with SQL Server , CRM SDK, and CRM Plugin development Experience with custom entities, workflows, business rules, and security roles Strong understanding of CRM architecture, deployment models, and upgrade paths Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or relevant certifications Experience working in enterprise environments with large data volumes Good communication and client-facing skills
