CRM REPORT- MSC. CHEMISTRY/M.TECH FOOD/BIOTECHNOLOGY

As a CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in handling multiple client accounts, approving invoices, archiving invoice data, and addressing clients" queries. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing invoicing procedures, tracking and issuing invoices, managing client requests, and maintaining databases. Additionally, you will be expected to investigate slow approvals, upload and archive invoice data, as well as file contracts. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to be an immediate joiner. The ideal candidate would hold a qualification of BSc./MSc. in Chemistry or M.Tech/B.Tech in Food/Microbiology/Biotechnology. The work timings are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm at Rajarhat location.
