Job Description

Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries related to real estate projects.
Follow up with potential buyers, schedule site visits, and coordinate meetings.
Maintain and update CRM software with client details, interactions, and status updates.
Assist in post-sales documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement strategies.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
