Job Overview: Ankura Homes is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with a strong aptitude for sales. Role & responsibilities Promote and sell residential real estate properties developed by Ankura Homes. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate project options and guidance. Handle client inquiries and conduct project site visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management. Stay up-to-date with project details, industry trends, pricing, and competitors. Coordinate with the CRM and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion. Provide post-sales support including documentation and coordination. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate background preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
