As an individual contributor supporting CRM utilization and BI Reporting, you will work closely with the sales operations teams to understand their requirements and drive implementation within Salesforce or BI platforms based on the need. Your role will involve owning the management of CRM data and its analytical use cases. Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary business admin for Salesforce, managing user queries, access requests, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with regional super users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce. Additionally, you will develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce to support business needs. You will create, plan, and provide training to Salesforce users to enhance their proficiency and usage. Moreover, you will support user queries and access requests for Salesforce and Power BI dashboards. Your role will also involve designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards focused on sales operations. Collaborating closely with the business, you will understand reporting needs, establish/document requirements, and create reports/dashboards using BI Tools. You will have end-to-end ownership of the reports/dashboards, ensuring data quality, accuracy, driving cadence, and defining KPIs with the business.
