Urgent hiring for CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) Profile –CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) Experience- 2+ years Ctc- upto 3 lpa (Depend on the interview) Location: Khargher , Mumbai Working Days- 6 days ( 9.30 am to 7.00 pm) Industry - Steel industry candidates only Key Responsibilities Data Collection: Gathered data on MS billets, TMT bars, and sponge iron from various industry websites. Data Organization: Systematically organized collected data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and easy access for analysis. Quotation Management: Obtained and reviewed quotations from different companies for MS billets, TMT bars, and sponge iron. Supplier Communication: Coordinated with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials. Transport Coordination: Contacted transportation providers to acquire and compare transport quotations. Vendor and Transporter Coordination: Contacted manufacturers, traders, and wholesalers to obtain quotations and analysed their pricing and terms. Reached out to transporters to gather quotations for various locations, identifying cost-effective options. Skills and Knowledge Gained Data Management: Developed proficiency in organizing and analyzing data using Excel, ensuring accurate and systematic records. Market Research: Gained insights into the steel industry, including market trends, material specifications, and pricing strategies for MS billets, TMT bars, and sponge iron. Quotation Analysis: Enhanced skills in evaluating and comparing quotations from various suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effectiveness. Supplier Communication: Improved ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and transportation providers, fostering professional relationships and negotiating terms.
