Responsibilities include managing customer data, creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborating with other departments like sales and marketing. A CRM professional analyzes data to identify trends, builds reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provides training to staff on the CRM software. Core responsibilitiesCRM system management: Administer, maintain, and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and user access.Data management and analysis: Input and manage customer data, analyze customer behavior and data patterns to identify trends and opportunities, and create reports and dashboards on key metrics.Strategy and implementation: Develop and execute campaigns to improve customer engagement and loyalty, design and implement strategies to improve customer retention, and assist in customer segmentation.Collaboration and communication: Liaise with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified customer approach. Act as a point of contact for customers, resolving complaints and answering inquiries.Training and support: Provide training and support to other staff on how to use the CRM system effectively.
