Job Description

CRM & Customer Engagement Executive

Role:

We’re looking for a smart, tech-savvy person to manage CRM, telemarketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer queries on Instagram & WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads & follow-ups on CRM (Vtiger)
  • Handle telemarketing calls with salons/distributors.
  • Set up & run WhatsApp campaigns (Interakt/AiSensy/Zoko).
  • Reply to Instagram DMs & WhatsApp inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Track reports & escalate key issues.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in CRM/telemarketing/customer support.
  • Strong communication (English/Hindi).
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business tools & basic digital marketing.
  • Organized, multitasker, customer-first mindset.

Location: in office Andheri East

Salary: ₹22000-₹25000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
