Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills,

a strong follow-up ethic,

and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to distributors for 2 months, ensuring timely issue resolution and

- ⁠maintaining good relationships.

- Follow up with distributors regarding orders, providing detailed information and updates.

- After 2-3 months, based on performance, initiate payment requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Superb follow-up skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve distributor issues promptly.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month.

- Incentives based on performance, with criteria including:

- Maintaining 90% and above customer satisfaction levels.

- Ensuring timely payments.
