Position: CRM Architect Website: https://www.datamatics.com/ Job Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Job Description: Enterprise standard architecture documentation Designing high quality and repeatable processes that result in low levels of production issues Awareness of industry best practice and new and upcoming technology trends Full solution architectural understanding across networking and software Experience ideally gained within an enterprise scale organisation or within technology or development team or similar. Technical exposure to and/or experience in a range of technologies and architectural best practice concepts, specifically Ability to rapidly prototype and POC use cases in MS Dynamics and Power Platform OOB functionality across Marketing, Sales and Service modules (i.e., MS Dynamics Customer Engagement) OOB solutions (no code/low code model) Understanding of MS Dynamics Security Architecture Complex implementation involving integration Azure Stack (Azure functions, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Identities) Power platform (power apps, power apps portals, power automate, power BI) Understanding of common data model and common data service Automation of CICD pipelines across different technologies in (essential) Azure DevOps and (nice to have) Jira Exposure and passion for new and emerging trends Exposure to concepts of Governance (e.g. Data Quality/Management/Lineage/ Security, Risk Management etc.)
