Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical implementation role. - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles for a SaaS company with enterprise software products. - Domain knowledge on PKI, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards. - Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations and PKI implementation processes. - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux/Windows server management, Apache, IIS, and application expertise. - CISSP/CISM/CISA certification is preferred. - Excellent organization, troubleshooting, problem-solving, deployment, and multitasking skills with the ability to learn new technology quickly. - Experience working with F500 organizations. - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.,
