JOB DETAILS Position: Marketing Manager/ Regional Marketing Manager Division : Wires and Cables Posting location : Kerala/ Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Job Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Manager/ Regional Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing and sales operations in Kerala/ Andhra Pradesh & Telangana for the Wires and Cables division. This strategic role involves managing a team of Marketing Managers and Executives, developing regional business strategies, expanding distributor networks, and driving growth aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and support Marketing Managers and their respective field teams across given Region. Plan and execute region-specific sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Guide teams in developing distributor networks and ensuring high levels of service and engagement. Monitor sales performance across regions and take corrective actions when needed. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Coordinate with senior management for goal setting, budgeting, and reporting. Organize regional marketing events, product promotions, and dealer/distributor meets. Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to company guidelines across the region. Resolve escalated issues related to distribution, logistics, or customer service in a timely manner. Travel extensively across both states to maintain market presence and team connectivity. Requirements: Education: Any Degree/ Diploma in any stream. Experience: minimum 10 years in sales/marketing experience in relevant industry (wires & Cables, Switches & Accessories, Lighting, Wires, Switch-gears, Fans, etc) Desired candidates: Male candidates with strong leadership and team-building abilities, In-depth knowledge of Kerala's market and distribution landscape, Excellent communication and field management skills along with Willingness to travel extensively across given region.
