The role involves expanding our market presence by developing a strong distributor network, promoting products, and executing growth strategies. This is a field-oriented position requiring extensive travel within the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Build, develop, and manage a strong distributor network in the assigned region. Collaborate with distributors to provide regular field-level service and support. Drive revenue growth by actively promoting company products and implementing business development strategies. Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer insights to increase company profitability. Plan and execute promotional activities, including conducting dealer or intermediary meetings. Travel extensively within the region for business development and relationship management. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in any stream. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience in relevant industry (wires & Cables, Switches & Accessories, Lighting, Wires, Switch-gears, Fans, etc) Desired candidates: Male candidates with Strong communication and interpersonal skills with field sales experience and ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
