Crew Manager (Shipping/Marine)

Captain/ Master rank preferred

Candidate with 2 years of experience in crewing within shipping industry required

Must have experience into sourcing for Top 4 ranks required

Candidate with Bulk Carriers and Shore Vessels background preferred

Good communication skills required

Immediate joiner preferred

Responsibilities:

• 5- 8 years of prior professional experience in crew management, maritime human resource (HR), ship management, or related work.
• Knowledge of crew management software like CrewManager, CrewPlan, ShipManager, etc.
• Proficiency of different data analysis tools like MS Office package, etc.
• Knowledge of international crewing operations and maritime labor laws and standards.
• Proper communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Masters degree in maritime management, human resource management, maritime studies or related field.
• Professional certifications of Certified Crew Manager (CCM), Certified Ship Manager (CSM), Certified Maritime Manager (CMM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and others are suggested.
