Project Implementation & Technical SupportCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth solution deployment.Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Optimize network performance, security policies, and compliance requirements.Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and clients on system operation and best practices. Technical Operational Role: The role is owning responsibility for complex, high priority issues for AV/VC products polycom , Cisco, Jabra, Creston, ZOOM, Blue Jeans Cloud Video conferencing Solutions & Other OEM's. Technical Escalation Management : Ability to drive, front end incidents, escalation calls and communication to all parties. Work closely with BAU teams and Project Managers to ensure deliverables are identified and actions completed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction. 3. Team Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the work of AV installation teams, engineers, and technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Provide technical guidance and resolve any team challenges during execution. 4. Strong understanding of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with AV industry standards such as AVIXA, Crestron, and Dante certifications (preferred). Bachelors degree in engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred). Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel to client locations as required. AVIXA CTS , PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
