Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed client discovery sessions to capture AV requirements, existing infrastructure, and business goals. Design and present AV solutions covering system architecture, hardware/software specifications, integration with IT and building systems, and implementation roadmaps. Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for AV solutions at office and client sites. Provide consultancy on a wide range of AV solutions including video conferencing, control systems, digital signage, collaboration platforms, and immersive environments. Translate customer requirements into functional AV designs including schematics, BoQs, and system layouts. Collaborate with internal design, project, and support teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Stay updated with emerging AV technologies (UC, immersive audio, LED walls, wireless presentation systems, etc.) and industry standards. Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, interoperability, and sustainability best practices. Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements, site surveys, and technical support. Experience & Skills: 7–10 years of experience in AV solution design, pre-sales, or technical consultancy roles. Strong expertise in video conferencing, AV control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron), and professional audio/video systems. Hands-on knowledge of signal flow, AV-over-IP, video wall processors, and room automation solutions. Familiarity with integration of AV systems with IT/networking infrastructure. Relevant certifications (CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) highly preferred; manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, etc.) a plus. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to simplify complex solutions for clients.
