The IT Sales Manager’s primary focus will be to grow existing accounts in the United States, and to bring new IT/Non-IT Staffing/IT projects business. We are looking for an individual with a hunter type mindset that is a go getter to bring more business from existing accounts. This person will be responsible to meet and exceed staffing quota and to drive revenue growth with an emphasis on overall Customer Satisfaction. Qualifications: Must have recent experience in selling IT or like staffing services through direct client relationships Experience working with MSP’s is highly preferred Must be a go-getter with great communication and interpersonal skills Must be willing to take leadership on identifying and growing existing opportunities, and Identifying new business opportunities Must be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us Responsibilities: Increase sales by fostering strong relationships with customers and proactively establishing new business contacts. Maximize Crescens’ existing business relationships. Monitor and analyse market and customer activity for long-term planning and business expansion. Offer direction and foster collaboration among recruiters to meet client requirements.
