Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when necessary. The SolidWorks Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, designing machinery, and collaborating with the research and development team.
