Required Skills: CAD Software Proficiency: Solid experience with both Creo and Solidworks is crucial. Mechanical Design Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability (DFM) is essential. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and technical information with various stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve design issues throughout the product development lifecycle. GD&T: Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
