Job Description Major Deliverables We are looking for a professional experienced in bond market/credit to drive the business. S/he will have the following main responsibilities: Relationships with customers Maintain and acquire new relationships with various types of borrowers for identifying lending opportunities. Maintain relationships with other syndication/DCM desks to source deals for lending business Maintain and manage relationship with corporate clients for business development, monitoring etc Credit selection and structuring Liaison with internal stakeholders like origination, credit, legal, operations etc in the underwriting process and run the proposal end to end. Ensure correct structuring of the proposal to ensure innovative solutions to the client and at the same time build credit worthiness of the proposal and legal correctness Live Deals Stage Liasoning with origination team and the borrowers to get the data/ information for credit due dilignce Understanding and Analyzing and the data, business model, financials, news etc Preparation of appraisal memorandum, financial model, presentation for approval process Documentation, disbursal and post disbursal monitoring End to end deal management Post deal monitoring of financials, performances, news etc of the borrowers Essential Attributes Strong relationships with all types of capital market investors for syndication Strong relationship with other syndication desk in the market to source deals for books Knowledge of capital market debt products, credit, structures, legal Strong ability to sniff such opportunities with customers pan-India from large corporate and mid-market space

S/he will have the following main responsibilities: Relationships with Investors and customers Maintain and acquire new relationships with various capital market investors (mutual funds, insurance companies, NBFCs, financial institutions, AIFs, FPIs etc) Maintain relationships with other syndication/DCM desks to remain updated with market information Maintain and manage relationship with corporate clients for business development, monitoring etc Credit selection and structuring Actively work on selecting the right opportunities to take up for book as well as syndications Liaison with internal stakeholders like origination, credit, legal, operations etc in the underwriting process and run the proposal end to end. Participating in client negotiations to make the proposal saleable during the syndication process Ensure correct structuring of the proposal to ensure innovative solutions to the client and at the same time build credit worthiness of the proposal and legal correctness Analyzing and detailed credit due diligence, preparation of Investment Memorandum, financial models and representing the cases in the various approval committees of investors Live Deals Stage Structuring and Underwriting Syndicating the client requirements within client expected timelines End to end deal management Maximization of fee income
