Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and customer-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support daily operations of our spa and ensure a consistently high level of service and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in wellness, hospitality, or spa management, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing the spa team (therapists, front desk, housekeeping). Supervise and ensure excellent guest service experience from arrival to departure. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance throughout the spa. Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Monitor inventory levels for products and supplies; assist with ordering and stock management. Handle client concerns or complaints in a calm and professional manner. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies. Promote spa services and packages to maximize sales and bookings. Prepare basic reports related to attendance, service feedback, inventory, and revenues. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, retail or hospitality industry. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Customer-service driven with a warm and professional demeanor. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and booking software is an advantage. Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
