Role Summary:
Responsible for driving insurance sales through CanFin's channel partners managing partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Drive insurance product sales via CanFin channels (cross-sell, upsell, etc.)
*Recruit, train, and manage channel partners
*Monitor sales targets and performance metrics
*Ensure compliance with IRDA and internal policies
*Support marketing and customer engagement initiatives
*Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams
