Role & responsibilities Identify and onboard new clients including agri commodity traders, processors, and farmers. Develop and maintain strong relationships through regular client visits and market mapping. Source new business opportunities under Warehouse Receipt Financing. Drive disbursals while ensuring risk-adjusted returns and client satisfaction. Ensure adherence to credit policies and guidelines during loan processing. Coordinate with collateral managers and other internal teams for seamless operations. Track post-disbursal documentation and resolve any pending items with urgency. Monitor delinquencies and take corrective actions based on early warning signals. Meet assigned business targets while maintaining healthy unit economics. Optimize yield, risk, and client satisfaction to ensure portfolio profitability. Preferred candidate profile 45+ years of relevant experience in Commodity Finance / Agri Finance / Rural Lending. Strong understanding of Warehouse Receipt Financing, commodity markets, and agri-trade dynamics. Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in rural or semi-urban settings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
