You will be responsible for ensuring the sourcing and deployment of long-term and short-term fund requirements for the group. This includes assisting the GM in preparing proposals, ensuring timely submission and detailed credit due diligence, as well as credit negotiations. Additionally, you will support the GM in the management of working capital and working capital enhancement, as well as ensuring suitable funding for CAPEX for the Group. You will assist the GM in tracking and monitoring borrowing in the market on a periodical basis to ensure cost efficiency. This will involve using various financial instruments to mobilize capital from diversified sources, ensuring liquidity and cost efficiency. Furthermore, you will support the GM in domestic credit rating exercises and competitor analysis. Your role will also involve preparing marketing materials for investors such as QIP/FIIs/Mutual funds/Anchor Investors. This will include analyzing and synthesizing financial and operating information.
