Recruit, validate & empanel channel partners. Drive daily team huddles and weekly sales reviews. Monitor goal sheets and sales targets. Coordinate with credit team on loan applications & status updates. Candidate Profile Graduate with strong interest in sales. Minimum 2 years of team handling experience. Prior experience in Home Loans / Housing Finance preferred.
