Credit Card Pricing and Rewards Reengineering Lead

As an Analyst in Analytics and Information Management (AIM) at Citi, you will be a part of a global community that connects and analyzes information to create actionable intelligence for business leaders. Your role will involve providing reporting and business insights support for the North America Consumer bank, helping to monitor and assess the impact of various business strategies, campaigns, and portfolio actions. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize cutting-edge data, analytical, modeling tools, and platforms to improve analyst efficiency and controls - Develop business critical dashboards for reviewing portfolio health and identifying trends - Analyze campaign impacts on P&L to optimize marketing spends - Assist in opportunity sizing for regulatory, market, and strategic changes - Review and streamline existing processes for improved efficacy - Deploy existing reports to advanced reporting platforms Qualifications Required: - Work with large and complex data sets using programming tools such as SQL, SAS, and SAS Macro - Understanding of Credit card business financials like P&L items, interest rates, fees, and penalties - Experience in analyzing Credit card portfolio and Rewards optimization strategies - Drive multiple projects involving data analysis/validation using relevant programming tools - Collaborate with business partners to design and propose solutions based on strategic priorities - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources and capabilities - Excellent communication and diplomacy skills for exchanging complex information The ideal candidate should possess: - Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a quantitative field - 7-10 years of relevant industry experience - Strong process management skills with attention to detail - Curiosity for learning and developing new skill sets - Positive attitude with a can-do mindset - Understanding of statistics and probabilities - Team player with the ability to work independently on projects - Experience in Credit Cards and Retail Banking products is a plus Location: Gurgaon, India Employment: Full Time Industry: Credit Cards, Financial Services, Banking Please note that this job falls under the Decision Management business analysis job family at Citi.,
