Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive located in Faridabad. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and working with the finance team to resolve disputes and discrepancies. Qualifications Credit Control and Debt Collection skills Strong Communication and Analytical Skills Knowledge of Finance principles Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
