Handling interactions tactfully, maintaining composure under pressure, and treating others with respect are key components of your conduct. Furthermore, you will be responsible for analyzing trends in issues and proposing solutions to supervisors. Ensuring strict compliance with client-defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is paramount. Upholding patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations are non-negotiable aspects of your responsibilities.
