Were now expanding our exclusive creator network and looking for a passionate, YouTube-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager who can spot emerging talent and sign creators exclusively to our agency. What Youll Do: Scout and build relationships with emerging content creators (YouTube-focused). Pitch and sign creators exclusively to the agency. Maintain strong relationships with signed creators, understanding their growth goals and content vision. Stay on top of YouTube and creator economy trends, emerging niches, and viral creators. Collaborate with the internal team to align on category goals and talent acquisition strategy. Who You Are: You live and breathe YouTube youre always watching, discovering new creators, and understand the content ecosystem. You have 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator relations. You know how to build genuine relationships with creators and sell a vision that makes them want to be part of something long-term. Youre not a brand manager or campaign executor youre a talent hunter. Great communication and negotiation skills. Mumbai-based or willing to relocate. Bonus Points If: Youve previously worked at a talent agency or influencer management firm. You have an existing network of emerging creators.
