To excel in this role, you should possess a creative and innovative mindset, coordination skills, strong interpersonal skills, a strategic outlook, and a data-driven decision-making approach. You should also have a Master's/MBA/PG degree, preferably in Operations, and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the aviation industry with at least 2 years in performance management. Your ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external consultants, along with your analytical skills and strategic thinking, will be key to your success in this role.
