Creative & Web Designer

As a Creative & Web Designer at our fast-moving home-healthcare brand, your role involves bringing ideas to life through visuals, website layouts, marketing creatives, and digital content. You must be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. - Design social media creatives, posters, flyers, brochures, reels thumbnails, and presentations. - Prepare marketing and brand creatives for campaigns, events, and promotions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create storytelling visuals. - Design website pages, landing pages, banners, and UI/UX elements. - Ensure mobile-friendly and responsive layouts. - Collaborate with developers to execute designs on live websites. - Create short videos for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools). - Edit interviews, testimonials, reels, and promotional videos. - Build and update website pages using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and WordPress. - Maintain page structure, responsiveness, SEO-friendly layouting, and content placement. **Qualifications Required:** - Canva (mandatory) - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator (optional but added advantage) - Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe Video tools - Basic video editing - HTML, CSS, Bootstrap - WordPress (themes, page builders, minor edits, plugin handling) - Creative thinking & problem-solving - Ability to handle multiple tasks & deliver on time **Additional Details:** - Strong eye for design, color balance & typography - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Understanding of branding and marketing - Willingness to learn new tools and trends (AI tools, motion graphics, etc.) - Good communication & coordination skills This is a full-time position with benefits like health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund.
