Creative Support Executive

Art India Foundation, public charitable trust actively looking for the position of Creative Support Executive

Location: Karve nagar, Pune

About the Role:​We are looking for a Creative Support Executive who can assist in designing basic visual content while providing support for day-to-day back-office tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for aesthetics, a basic under​standing of design tools, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

​Key Responsibilities:
Creative Support:

• Assist in creating and editing basic designs using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Support the creation of visuals for social media, presentations​ etc.
• Organize and maintain digital content and asset folders.
• Help in content formatting, layout, and resizing of graphics​/images as required.

​ Back Office & Admin Support:

• Perform data entry, documentation, and file management.
• Assist in preparing reports.​
• Coordinate emails, scheduling, and follow-ups with internal/external teams.
• Help manage records of ongoing creative projects and deadlines.

​Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (especially Canva; Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Assistance in outdoor activities.
