we believe great stories inspire action. As a leading influencer and affiliate marketing platform, we create content that connects people and drives impact. We're now building an in-house social media team and looking for a Creative Strategist who can blend creativity with strategy, driving the growth of both brands across platforms. This role is for someone who loves ideating campaigns, creating content, experimenting with formats, and shaping social storytelling that stands out in the digital space.

Job Summary

As the Creative Strategist Head, you'll lead the charge in crafting and executing platform- specific strategies for Faym and Grynow. You'll be responsible for ideating and creating content, aligning with product and marketing goals, and ensuring brand voices are consistently engaging across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.

You'll collaborate with designers, editors, and the product team, turning creative ideas into impactful campaigns. With a balance of content creation, creative leadership, data-driven insights, and trendspotting, you'll drive community engagement and measurable growth for the brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies and content calendars for Faym and Grynow.
  • Lead ideation and creation of campaigns, posts, and storytelling formats tailored to each platform.
  • Actively contribute to content creation (captions, reels concepts, creative briefs, and trend-driven formats).
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and product team to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee content quality, ensuring alignment with brand identity and optimization for each channel.
  • Experiment with emerging trends, formats, and tools to keep brands ahead of the curve.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and share actionable insights.
  • Foster strong community engagement through active participation in conversations, comments, and trends.

Align campaigns with larger business and product objectives while maintaining creative innovation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 34 years of proven experience in social media strategy, management, or digital content roles.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation (copywriting, campaign ideation,
  • reel/storyboarding, or basic design/video editing).
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple brand voices and juggle cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, trend-driven, and outcome-oriented mindset.
