We create life changing experience for women , with every itinerary, we aim to craft journeys filled with memories not just bookings.As we scale, we're looking for a Creative Strategist - Travel Solutions & Growth to step in as the right hand to the Founder, owning the operational engine of our business and contributing directly to its growth.

The Role

This roleis pivotal in our growth story. You'll oversee daily travel operations, manage key vendor relationships, troubleshoot on the go, build operational systems and enhance revenues all while working closely with the Founder to shape the next phase of Meraki Diaries

This is for someone who wants to build, own, and grow not just manage.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage end-to-end travel operations from desigh and planning itineraries to execution.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with on-ground vendors, partners, and experience providers.
• Lead coordination of travel logistics accommodations, transport, activities.
• Governance and drive operational excellence, documentation, and SOPs
• Communicate with customers at critical touch points to ensure a seamless experience.
• Problem-solve in real time especially during peak travel or last-minute changes.
• Hire, train, and mentor junior operations support as the team expands.
• Contribute to strategy discussions, pricing models, and business development

What You Bring

• 28 years in travel operations & Strategies- itinerary planning, reservations and coordination
• Startup exposure or experience working in small, dynamic team.
• Customer Service and client relations, personalised service
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset ready to take charge, not wait for instructions.
• Strong organizational skills, problem solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with digital tools (Google Suite, Excel).
• A passion for travel and deep curiosity about destinations, logistics, and people.
