>JOB SUMMERY
9AV is looking for a responsible person who can write like a creator, thinks like a marketer, and visualises like a director. If you understand the difference between performance UGC ads and content-style storytelling, and you can turn briefs into high-converting, thumb-stopping ads this role is for you.

>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify winning hooks, offers, and angles and keep a close eye on industry trends, formats, viral references, and new creator styles to draw inspiration for brand ideas.
• Write engaging high converting UGC ads concepts and scripts as well as high engaging reel content
• Clearly understand the product’s positioning, messaging, differentiators, and consumer pain points.
• Ability to visualise storyboards and break scripts into scenes, and shots line by line. And create visual sequence.
• Work closely client servicing, cinematographer and editors to ensure seamless execution as per your vision.
• Use insights from past ad performance to refine future scripts.
• Make sure your vision is translated to videographers.

>REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in writing scripts for performance content reels and content marketing reels.
• Understanding of ROAS, Hook rates, Thruplay rates
• Strong collaboration mindset must be a team player across multiple creative departments.

REMUNERATION: ₹2.7 LPA to ₹ 3.3 LPA + annual performance bonus

REPORTS TO: Founder

SCHEDULE: 6 days working [3 days WFO, rest 3 days will be either shoot days or WFH]

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
