Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise

  ad strategies, hooks, messaging angles, and campaign ideas

  tailored for performance channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic).
• Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to deliver ad variations and test creative hypotheses.
• Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CVR, etc.) and recommend creative directions for optimisation.
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify high-performing ad patterns.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of creative tests to continuously improve ad effectiveness.
• Balance brand consistency with performance-focused storytelling.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in ideally

  performance marketing based creative strategy

  (not purely social media). But if you believe
• Strong understanding of

  digital advertising platforms

  (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, DSPs).
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and convert insights into creative directions.
• Basic knowledge of

  ad copywriting, storyboarding, and visual storytelling

  for paid ads.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in a

  fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

  .

Bonus Points

• Experience running or contributing to

  A/B testing

  of creatives.
• Familiarity with

  consumer psychology and behavioural triggers

  in ads.
• Exposure to

  e-commerce, real estate, or D2C brands

  .
• Certifications in Google / Meta ads.

Compensation

• The starting salary for this role is

  3.6 LPA

  with potential for adjustment based on skills and experience.
