Creative & Social Media Specialist

As a Creative & Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing content, design, and social media presence across various companies and projects. Your responsibilities will include: - **Creative & Design** - Designing engaging creatives for ads, social posts, and brand campaigns. - Creating presentations, brochures, and visuals for agency and client needs. - Maintaining consistency of brand identity across different platforms. - **Social Media Management** - Managing social media profiles for founders, agency, and 34 company accounts. - Planning content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. - Collaborating with internal teams to craft posts aligned with brand goals. - Tracking analytics and optimizing for reach and engagement. - **Website & Digital Content** - Updating and managing content across company websites including blogs, landing pages, and visuals. - Coordinating with developers when technical updates are needed. - **Content Production** - Shooting and editing photo/video content for real estate projects and founder portfolio. - Producing social-first content such as reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content. **Requirements:** - 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and social media management. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma. - Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc. - Basic photography/videography skills including shooting and editing. - Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of digital content trends. - Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously.
