Job Description

As a Creative & Social Media Specialist, your role will involve managing content, design, and social media presence for multiple companies and projects. You will be responsible for creating engaging creatives, designing visuals for ads and brand campaigns, and maintaining brand identity consistency across platforms. Additionally, you will manage social media profiles, plan content calendars, and collaborate with internal teams to align posts with brand goals. Tracking analytics and optimizing reach and engagement will also be part of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creative & Design: - Designing engaging creatives for ads, social posts, and brand campaigns. - Creating presentations, brochures, and visuals for agency and client needs. - Maintaining consistency of brand identity across platforms. - Social Media Management: - Managing social media profiles for founders, agency, and 34 company accounts. - Planning content calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. - Collaborating with internal teams to craft posts aligned with brand goals. - Tracking analytics and optimizing for reach and engagement. - Website & Digital Content: - Updating and managing content across company websites (blogs, landing pages, visuals). - Coordinating with developers when technical updates are needed. - Content Production: - Shooting and editing photo/video content for real estate projects and founder portfolio. - Producing social-first content such as reels, shorts, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and social media management. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma. - Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc. - Basic photography/videography skills including shooting and editing. - Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of digital content trends. - Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you will have the opportunity to work across performance marketing, real estate, and digital brands. You will have the freedom to experiment with creative formats such as design, reels, and video shoots in a collaborative environment where creativity meets performance.,
