Key Responsibilities: - Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting - Create engaging shorts, reels, and videos in alignment with the channel's theme and audience interests - Stay updated with current political events and trends to incorporate relevant content - Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and execute video concepts - Ensure videos meet quality standards and deadlines set by management - Continuously learn and improve editing techniques to enhance video quality and engagement Qualifications: - 0 to 15 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital media or YouTube channel environment - Graduation in Multimedia, Film Editing, or a related field - Strong portfolio showcasing creative editing skills and understanding of political content - Excellent communication skills in Hindi - Ability to work independently and in a team environment In addition to the above, you will be working 6 days a week in rotational shifts from the office.
