Role Overview: You will join the Marketing team at FICO as a Graphic Designer, where you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing sales collateral to support sales efforts and enhance the brand identity. Your responsibilities will include designing various materials such as PDFs, flip books, presentations, and other digital and print assets that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and drive customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce sales collateral including PDF documents, flip books, presentations, infographics, email templates, and print materials. - Ensure all sales collateral aligns with brand guidelines in terms of visual identity, messaging, and tone. - Maintain and update brand templates for efficiency and consistency. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand their needs and objectives. - Work with copywriters, product marketing managers, and other stakeholders to integrate content and design effectively. - Present design concepts and incorporate feedback for iterations. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within set deadlines and budget constraints. - Organize and manage design files and assets. - Review final deliverables thoroughly before distribution. - Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. - Propose innovative design solutions to enhance sales effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Experience with software for creating interactive flip books (e.g., FlippingBook, Issuu) is advantageous. - Familiarity with presentation software such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote. - Basic understanding of web design principles and digital file formats.
