Creative Services - Motion Graphic Designer

As a Senior Associate Senior Graphic Design at EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), you play a crucial role in delivering high-impact, high-quality, and on-brand creative solutions that help build a better working world. You collaborate with various teams to create experiences that are not only creatively inspiring but also strategically precise and deeply human across multiple media platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals - Adhere to EY brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency exceed expectations - Stay updated with the latest design trends and advocate for their implementation - Mentor junior team members on best design practices - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines effectively - Communicate with customers, understand design briefs, and share innovative ideas - Provide unique design solutions, convince customers to make the right design choices - Work independently as a design consultant, taking ownership of projects - Be responsive to customer queries via calls and emails - Contribute towards various organizational initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media) - Strong visual design capability - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Preferable knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics skills - Team management experience EY GDS offers a dynamic and global work environment where you will collaborate with teams worldwide, contributing to the delivery of EY's growth strategy.
