We’re hiring a Creative Sales Lead at Pulp! Pulp is a Gen Z skincare brand that’s bold, fun, and deeply rooted in youth culture. We're looking for someone who understands what Gen Z wants and knows how to turn brand love into sales — not just through ads, but through community, culture, and storytelling. You’ll focus primarily on driving sales through brand marketing — influencer-led strategies, collabs, creator partnerships, organic content, and pop culture-driven campaigns. While performance marketing is part of the mix, your main strength should be brand-first, culture-led growth. Experience: 2–3 years in brand marketing, community-led sales, or creative commerce for Gen Z or D2C brands.
