What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designA set of tasks to design and plan the implementation of visual materials such as illustrations, photography, typography, space, layouts, and color to improve the user experience.

What are we looking for? UI/UX DesignTreasury Management System ImplementationAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesign1.Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field or equivalent industry experience2.Senior Designer4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage)3.Designer2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) 4.Jr Designer1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) 5.Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes6.Exceptional communication and presentation skills1.Create compelling visual design and interaction design2.Strong understanding of design systems3.Strong interpersonal skills4.Use analytics to shape design recommendations5.Guide/mentor fellow designers6.Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them7.Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things.8.Participate in the design teams process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling.9.Participate in concept sessions leveraging ethnographic research and design thinking.10.Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements11.Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies12.Thinks and Acts Decisively The ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required13.UI/UX, Graphic design, Adobe photoshop, Figma, Illustrator
